ADRENAL FATIGUE

SOLUTIONS

Symptoms & Solutions

Adrenal fatigue can have numerous effects on our bodies. Luckily, there are supplements that can help bring our bodies back into a healthy balance. Below are some solutions to common problems experienced with adrenal fatigue and education that can help!

sleep - adrenal fatigue solutions

Sleep

Sleep deprivation is among the top causes of adrenal fatigue. Getting sufficient, good quality rest is therefore essential for recovery.

stress management - adrenal fatigue solutions

Stress Management

Those with adrenal fatigue tend to have a hard time dealing with physical and emotional stress. It’s not all in their heads: the hormonal imbalances associated with adrenal fatigue are both the cause and the effect of high-stress levels.

mental clarity - adrenal fatigue solutions

MENTAL CLARITY

One of the functions of cortisol is to increase alertness and support brain function. In those with adrenal fatigue, the weak and erratic production of cortisol compromises the brain’s memory and “processing speed” resulting in brain fog.

immune function - adrenal fatigue solutions

Immune Function

Those who suffer from adrenal fatigue produce a low amount of cortisol. Cortisol made in our bodies works to support immune function by regulating the immune system and quelling inflammation.

energy - adrenal fatigue solutions

Energy

Although many of us drink more and more coffee to help with energy levels, a caffeine deficiency surely isn’t the real cause of fatigue. At best, caffeine is a Band-Aid; at worst, it’s a stressor on our already-fatigued adrenal glands.

body repair - adrenal fatigue solutions

Body Repair

When the adrenals become fatigued they begin under-producing hormones, including aldosterone. Dropping aldosterone levels make the body dump important minerals into the urine to be flushed out of the body.

How is Hemp Oil Different Than CBD Oil?

Both hemp oil and CBD (cannabidiol) oil come from the Cannabis sativa plant, but from different strains. Like different varieties of roses, the various strains of Cannabis sativa possess unique properties and contain different amounts of the cannabinoids tetrahydrocannabidiol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD).

THC is the primary psychoactive constituent of Cannabis (ie: the part that gets you high), whereas CBD is not psychoactive and possesses powerful medicinal properties.

Hemp oil is derived from the seeds of a strain of Cannabis sativa that has extremely low counts of THC and CBD, whereas CBD oil comes from the flowers, leaves, and stalks of a strain low in THC and high in CBD. Because of their negligible THC content, neither hemp oil nor CBD oil cause euphoria or other psychoactive effects.

Much like the oils derived from coconuts, almonds, and olives, hemp oil has various uses and is rich in nutrients, including omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, vitamin E, potassium, magnesium, vitamin B1, and vitamin B2.
